Lord Hague, the former Foreign Secretary, has called for the government to consider legalising the recreational use of cannabis. He suggested that the war on cannabis had been “irreversibly lost” and a change of policy was needed.
Prince Louis of Cambridge's christening will take place on Monday 9th July, Kensington Palace has announced. The service will take place at the Chapel Royal at St James’s Palace in London and will be conducted by The Archbishop of Canterbury, the Most Reverend Justin Welby.
