The Triumph of the Cross! Come and join us for a special Time out with God as we focus on Easter and the Triumph of the Cross! At this, the beginning of Holy Week, we shall be journeying together seeking to understand the profound significance of the cross. We will be considering what was “the joy set before Him…” that enabled Jesus to endure the cross (see Hebrews 12:2) and the significance of Jesus’ cry, “It is finished”. The day will begin with tea or coffee from 10am and end by sharing communion together, finishing at 4pm. The day costs £22.00 per person including a two course lunch.
There is an option to stay overnight in the hotel on Monday 6th April, subject to availability. For more details please contact the Hotel Reception on 01277 365398.
Tuesday 7th April (morning)
The triumph of the empty tomb! “If Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins” (1 Corinthians 15:17). Everything hinged on the resurrection of Jesus. How heaven must have rejoiced at the news that He is risen! Rev Ian Moore will lead us as we consider ‘The Triumph of the Empty Tomb’ and prepare our hearts for the love poured out at Easter.
Join us from 10am – 10.30am for tea or coffee. The cost is £17.50 per person and concludes with a two course lunch.
