Dealing with Overwhelm
In a world that constantly demands more, this day invites a gentler way of living. Grounded in lived experience, compassion, and a deep concern for human wellbeing, Patrick explores why creating space is essential for clarity and care. Together we will reflect on small, realistic ways to step back from pressure, make room for God and others, and live with greater peace, purpose, and hope.
