Monday 8th June: Time out with God day, with Ian Moore, 10.30am-3.30pm
Ian is our Editor of Living Light.
The Forgotten Discipline of Solitude: “It is good to wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord ….. Let him sit alone in silence, for the Lord has laid it on him.” Lamentations 3:26,28. Jesus saw value in being alone with God. Our first century, forefathers also recognised the importance of solitude as an integral part of knowing God.

Tuesday 9th June: Bible exposition seminar with Peter Cockrell, 10.30am-3.00pm
The person and work of Christ – Who Jesus is and what he has done. We will explore Christ’s eternal deity, incarnation, sinless perfection, vicarious atonement and glorious resurrection. Not to mention his present reign and second coming! Our aim? To more adequately enjoy Christ and glorify him as we ought!

Garden of your life
Sheila will use 1 Kings 19 and other scriptures to explore themes of restoration, release and renewal. She will explore new commissions, new things, listening to God.

Sheila is a writer, editor and award-winning author. Also a retreat leader, she has been in church leadership and a day chaplain at the Diocesan House of Retreat, Pleshey.
