21.8.26. We have recently been informed by Beacon, our Client Relationship Management (CRM) software provider, that they may have experienced a cyber security incident. Their current understanding is that information such as email addresses, postal addresses and telephone numbers may have been copied from the system. We do not keep bank account details or debit/card details so that information would not have been accessed.
We realise this might be worrying and we suggest you are extra vigilant in case you are contacted by email, post or telephone, by an organisation imitating us, who might for example mention paying for a Living Light subscription, or one of our events. Please contact us if you are unsure.

We have been assured by Beacon that keeping your data secure is their priority. They quickly contained the incident, and have worked with external cyber security specialists to further enhance the comprehensive security measures they already had in place. They will continue to constantly review their security posture to ensure they are doing all they can to protect the data we hold with them.
