GIRLS NGHT OUT with Jo Ibbott

LEADING THROUGH THE FOG of the menopause!
Helping women thrive, not just survive

MONDAY 2ND JUNE 7.30pm

Enjoy a finger buffet served at each table, before we hear from our guest
Jo Ibbott.

Jesus promised us life in all its fullness, yet for so many women, this season of life brings significant challenges to experiencing that. Juggling the pressures of life, low confidence, overwhelm, mood swings, sleep disturbances, hot flushes and brain fog can leave us feeling lost and depleted. Many women find themselves feeling disconnected, confused, and overwhelmed by physical and emotional changes.

As well as thinking about our purpose and Identity in Christ during this significant stage of a woman's life, we'll be looking at the six essential pillars of good health during menopause and what you can do to help yourself find health and wholeness again. These are: Sleep, Stress Management, Nutrition, Exercise, Understanding HRT and Self-care. With practical tips and advice to help you manage the psychological, emotional and physical symptoms and rediscover wholeness.

Ready to leave the fog behind and embrace a brighter future?
Join us for this Girls' Night Out!
